Nacido en Santiago
es cuarta generación de una familia de artistas, sobrino del galardonado director de la Orquesta Filarmónica Nacional, Víctor Tevah Tellias.
La familiaridad de Alex con la historia del arte, su
interés por la historia en general, la arqueología, su amor por la música (legado de su
madre Victoria Gabay Tevah y de su tío Víctor Tevah),
los paisajes y su curiosidad en cuanto a "sustancias naturales y un cierto peso de
cambios, ha formado su aspecto exterior", estos factores externos se han integrado en
sus técnicas artísticas de la conceptualización abstracta a las interpretaciones
simbólicas, a los paisajes neo - impresionistas.
Vive en Israel desde 1964, a partir de ese año
hasta 1977 vivió en un Kibbutz.
Desde 1977 a 1981 trabajó en Tel Aviv. En 1981 se traslada a Rishon Letzion,
donde vivió hasta el año 2003.Actualmente reside en el Sur de Chile, donde tiene su nuevo estudio.
Perez fué miembro de la Asociación de Pintores y Escultores de Israel, consejero y Curator del arte en la casa de Yad LeBanim en su ciudad.
Creó la colección más grande de diapositivas
(sobre 5000) a propósito de historia del arte en Israel.
Sus trabajos están en colecciones privadas y públicas en Israel,
Estados Unidos, Europa, América del sur y Japón. |

Siluchi nació en la localidad chilena de
Viña del Mar en 1954, pero en la actualidad su producción artística se desarrolla en
Suecia, país donde reside desde 1984.
Su carácter de inmigrante ha estado siempre presente en su obra, en la que frecuentemente
reflexiona en torno a conceptos como la diáspora o la transculturación.
